1. Upon signature, Always Rockin Mobile DJ's reserve the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable, even if date is changed or event cancelled for any reason. Although every effort will be made to have the DJ of your choice appear at your event, the actual D J may be subject to change without notice.
2. With all packages, a deposit of $ 175.00 is due at signing of this contract, with the balance to be paid in cash to the DJ on the day of the function.
3. We will require access to the function location a minimum of two hours prior to the start time and for one hour after the scheduled end time for the setup and removal of our equipment. Always Rockin Mobile DJs agree to provide music during the time specified but shall be held harmless should situations beyond it's control arise, such as, but not limited to, inclement weather or traffic accidents, or other events that may delay the arrival of the D. J. Liability is limited to the return of any monies paid should circumstances prevent the DJ from attending the event.
